Assistant Manager

Job Description:

In absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager maintains full authority on all aspects pertaining to the operation of the store. Must have the leadership abilities necessary to help all employees achieving their personal goals. Must make sure that all the company’s policies and procedures are applied and respected.

Requirements:

  • 1 year in retail
  • 6 months retail store management experience
  • High school Diploma
